WHERE IS PALAFOX WHARF WATERFRONT RECEPTION VENUE LOCATED?
We are located in the Downtown Historic Waterfront District on the south end of Pensacola's downtown waterfront business district. We are across the street from New World Landing....we are on the water side of the street at the corner of Gimble and South Palafox Street. This is 2 blocks South of Palafox Street and Main Street. Our street address is 617 South Palafox Street at Gimble.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO RENT PALAFOX WHARF?

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED?
Small or large groups, up to 300 . Palafox Wharf can accomodate 250 cocktail fashion (150 seated guests) inside our Venue, 100 cocktail fashion (75 seated guests) on its deck. We can accomodate up to 300 guests on its lawn.
CAN I USE MY OWN EVENT COORDINATOR?
Yes. We encourage you to have an event coordinator to make your reception or party run smoothly and a success and, more importantly, so you can enjoy the process. We work closely with a very special event coordinator that can help you from the beginning through to the end of your reception.
WHAT ABOUT CATERING?
We have an approved Food Caterer's List. We try to match your tastes
with a licensed caterer that fits your taste and budget. Palafox Wharf
requires that your caterer be selected from our approved Food
Caterer's List.
Palafox Wharf requires that alcoholic beverages must be sold and
served only by Richey’s East who has the appropriate cocktail
beverage license.
MAY I USE MY OWN FLORIST OR
DECORATOR?
Yes.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
There is accessable ample parking available near Palafox Wharf.
DOES THE FACILITY PERMIT SMOKING?
Palafox Wharf is a NON SMOKING venue. Smoke is permitted on the deck.
CAN I COME BY BOAT?
Yes. There is a fee for dockage. Please go to "Event Planning" for this information.
