WHERE IS PALAFOX WHARF WATERFRONT RECEPTION VENUE LOCATED?
We are located in the Downtown Historic Waterfront District on the south end of Pensacola's downtown waterfront business district. We are across the street from New World Landing....we are on the water side of the street at the corner of Gimble and South Palafox Street. This is 2 blocks South of Palafox Street and Main Street. Our street address is 617 South Palafox Street at Gimble.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED?
Small or large groups, up to 350. Palafox Wharf can accommodate 250 for strolling receptions (144 seated guests) inside our Venue and 150 for strolling receptions (88 seated guests) on its deck. With the additional use of lawn tent(s), we can accommodate up to 350 guests.
EVENT COORDINATOR and PLANNERS -
We encourage you to use one of our in house event coordinators/planners to make your reception or party run smoothly and is a success and, more importantly, so you can enjoy your celebration. We have in-house Coordinators/Planners to work closely with you and help you through to the end of your reception.
WHAT ABOUT CATERING?
We have an exclusive approved Food Caterer's List. We try to match your taste with a licensed caterer that fits your taste and budget. Palafox Wharf requires that your caterer be selected from our exclusive approved Food Caterer's List.
Palafox Wharf requires that alcoholic beverages must be served only by Richey’s East Catering Division. They bring in the alcoholic product, serve it, and carry out what has not been consumed.
There is ample free parking available near Palafox Wharf.
DOES THE FACILITY PERMIT SMOKING?
Palafox Wharf is a nonsmoking venue. Smoke is permitted on the deck.
CAN I COME OR LEAVE BY BOAT?
Definitely! And, what a send off! How many Brides can say their Grand Send-Off was by Boat? Not many! But, yours can be!
